We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Onboarding Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Train and guide customers to adopt platform best practices.
- Gather client requirements and convert them into documentation and deliverables for internal teams.
- Solve business needs using platform capabilities.
- Perform configuration and testing in our application to meet client requirements.
- Liaise between clients, Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Become a subject matter expert in our application, supporting both customers and internal teams.
- Advocate for customers, driving the ongoing development and improvement of our system.
- Create, maintain, and enhance onboarding documentation.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering value-added solutions to help customers succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate in a B2B environment and discuss technical details with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role (e.g., Technical Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Developer) with a SaaS provider.
- Strong IT/Information Systems knowledge.
- Familiarity with technical integrations (e.g., APIs).
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in banking/financial services or Statistics/Financial mathematics.
- Knowledge of C# or the ability to read and write basic code.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $30-36/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
